Association is a student organization at The Fisher College of Business for
students with an interest in Accounting. The mission of the Accounting
Association is to provide an environment that allows for the development and
enhancement of skills necessary for a career in business, and to provide a
forum for students to network with accounting professionals, accounting
faculty, and other students.
Benefits of Becoming a Member

You get the great opportunity to network with professionals
in the accounting field.

You get the opportunity to network with intelligent and
ambitious peers who share the same interest as you.

A scholarship will
be given to the most deserving members at the end of the year.

Each new member will receive a New Member Certificate the
quarter that they have joined.

At the end of the year at the Fall Banquet there will be
awards for the Most Outstanding Freshman, Most Outstanding Sophomore, Most
Outstanding Junior, and Most Outstanding Executive Board Member.

You will learn many things about accounting that is not
taught in the classroom (i.e. in depth discussion on becoming a CPA).

You can put on your resume that you are involved in the
Accounting Association.

You get FREE pizza and pop at each meeting during the
year. That in itself pays for the $30 membership fee.

Scholarships - Internships
All members of The
Accounting Association at OSU are required to:
Membership Dues for the Accounting Association: Active Membership: $30 / full year Platinum
Membership: $25 / full year
Joining the Accounting Association
Please submit your completed
application and membership fee to the Treasurer. Please make payment by
check or cash to the Accounting Association. If you have any
questions relating to membership dues (or membership in general), please
