Autumn 2013 Funding Request Deadline

Hello Fisher Grad Programs and Student Organizations Presidents!

The funding deadline for the Autumn 2013 semester is Monday, September 16, 2012. In order to properly request funds, please follow the instructions below:

– Click on the “Forms” tab above

– Fill out the Funding Request Form

– Save and send the form to Sarah Williams at williams_4401@fisher.osu.edu including the statement “This e-mail serves as my electronic signature”

The FGSAB will meet a few days after the deadline to review our budget and allocate funds. Once this is complete, we will notify any organizations that have NOT been approved for funding (for a given event).

Once your event is complete, simply follow the instructions found under the “Forms” tab and we’ll process everything for reimbursement.

If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, do not hesitate to reach out to Sarah Williams, the FGSAB Chairman and/or the other members of the FGSAB. We’re standing by to help.


Fall Semester Funding Deadline and Instructions

The funding deadline for the rest of this semester is October 12, 2012. In order to properly request funds, please follow the instructions below:

– Click on the “Forms” tab above

– Fill out the Funding Request Form

– Save and send the form to fisherfgsab@gmail.com including the statement “This e-mail serves as my electronic signature”

The FGSAB will meet the week following the deadline to review our budget and allocate funds. Once this is complete, we will post a visual of the organizations who have received funds, and how much they have received.

Once your event is complete, simply follow the instructions found under the “Forms” tab and we’ll process everything for reimbursement. Unfortunately, the reimbursement requests will have to be done manually as we need to collect copies of reciepts.

Student Leaders,

Thank you for all your hard work this past school year. As you reach the end of a successful year running your student organization, it is time to insure that you leave next year’s leaders with all the information and items they need to build on your successes.

On May 25th at 9am, the FGSAB, in conjunction with The Ohio Union, Fisher Technology, the LPD Office and GPO, will be holding a ‘Transition Day’ where every required component that student groups need to pass-on to the next group of leaders will be addressed. Attendance is mandatory by both incoming and outgoing leaders and is required in order for your group to be eligible for GSAF funding.
